Flash Fiction #2

We went there with three of your best friends. You love them, because you have this connection with them. Yes, I can see that, and that's beautiful. It was cold I was freezing, but I did not tell anything because I do not want to worry anyone. Buts somehow you knew, you passed me your jacket. It is your favourite and it is my favourite too. That jacket have this smell- your signature smell, and whenever I wear it, I suddenly feel like home. Because you are home. I love that smell, because it is you. We watched the sunsets together, and as time passed by, we saw the stars shimmering above the sky. It was beautiful, and you were beautiful also. You pointed out to the sky and said, " You don't get to see these kind of view everyday." I looked to you and replied, "I know." You hugged me thigh, because you knew how cold it was. I was grateful because of the stars, the great friends you have, and you. Under the stars, I vowed, no matter what, we always have this. Things might change after we got back, but I know- you and I both know, that we could hold onto this memory forever. Because this moment is ours and ours only. At that moment, I feel truly infinite (just like what Charlie said) I was alive, because of you. I find half of me in you, no matter how cliché it may sounds.

The stars were beautiful,
and so are you.

And I fell, all over again.
